A WWE Hall of Famer has provided an positive update on their health following a major scare they suffered last year.

Back in February 2023, WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler suffered a stroke, which had an effect on his speech among other difficulties.
However, it seems as though ‘The King’ is in high spirits just over a year after his stroke.
Speaking on a virtual signing with East Coast Autograph Auctions, Lawler said that his health was ‘great’, and that he was on track to get back on the road for knee replacement surgery.

He said:
“My health is great. I’m just getting over for the doctors to get back on the road for my knee replacement and then, of course, there are still some minor difficulties from the stroke, but all that stuff is coming around fast.”

Lawler made a cameo appearance on WWE television in a video to help induct Andy Kaufman into the 2023 WWE Hall of Fame class, as well as him making picks for the Iron Survivor Match qualifiers in NXT back in November.´
