On tonight’s WWE Raw, there was an intriguing pair of tag team partners revealed as Rhea Ripley picked up an unlikely ally.
The opening segment saw Rhea Ripley and Tiffany Stratton on the receiving end of an attack from Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.
With Stratton appearing with a warning for Rhea Ripley on behalf of Nia Jax after Ripley’s appearance on SmackDown, they would be interrupted by Morgan and Rodriguez as things would turn physical and Morgan and Rodriguez left them laying.
This would lead to Ripley demanding a match against them, but with WWE Raw GM Adam Pearce being unwilling to support it unless Rhea Ripley could find a tag team partner.
When Tiffany Stratton arrived on the scene, Pearce made an incredible suggestion to Ripley – “what about her?”
Determined to get vengeance on Liv and Raquel, Rhea agreed as the pair will now team up later in the show’s main event.
