A long-absent AEW star has taken to Twitter to show off a brand new look, as uncertainty remains over their current status.
AEW star Rebel, most commonly known for her past affiliation with former AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker and current AEW Women’s Champion Jamie Hayter, has not been seen on AEW TV since both Hayter and Baker turned babyface at the beginning of the year.
While it was recently confirmed that Rebel is in fact still under AEW contract, it’s unclear if or when she will return to TV.
Despite this, the 44-year-old has posted an inspirational message of ‘reinvention’ on Twitter, showing off a brand new blond hair style to her fans.
Rebel tweeted:
It’s never too late to reinvent yourself. Fall in love at 50. Learn to dance at 60. Start a new life at 70. Stop saying you can’t. You can and you should. Dreams don’t have an expiration. #BlondeAmbition #Rebel #BreakTheChain #BreakTheRules pic.twitter.com/6caKBgOuE0

Rebel was initially hired by AEW for a role in hair and make-up, however, would eventually become an on-screen character in 2020.
While mostly appearing in a managerial role, Rebel has also competed in the ring many times in AEW, with her last match coming on Dark in August 2022 where she beat Vicky Dreamboat.
