AEW’s Samoa Joe has broken a long-standing record as ROH World TV Champion as of Thursday, November 2, 2023.

With his victory over Minoru Suzuki on April 13, 2022, Samoa Joe became the ROH World TV Champion.
As of yesterday, he passed the 567-day reign of Jay Lethal that began in April 2014 at Supercard of Honor VIII and ended at the hands of Roderick Strong in October 2015 at Glory By Honor XIV.

Suzuki held the championship for 12 days having beat Rhett Titus at Supercard of Honor XV on April 1, 2022.
Samoa Joe is an ROH Triple Crown Champion having also held the ROH Pure and ROH World Championships.

He was inducted into the Ring of Honor Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2022.
To celebrate Samoa Joe’s record-breaking run, AEW released a compilation video of his time as champion.
