As revealed via a new USPTO filing, the Undisputed Kingdom’s Wardlow has taken steps to own the rights to his ring name used in his AEW career thus far.

According to the listing the trademark for ‘Wardlow’ was filed by the AEW star on June 10
This listing contains the following description:

Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, storytelling; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestler and sports entertainer in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Entertainment services, namely, live, televised and movie appearances by a professional entertainer

Wardlow has been far from a constant presence on AEW TV in recent weeks, only appearing sporadically along with the Undisputed Kingdom.
A split from the group was seemingly teased by AEW, however, as of yet there have been no further developments.
JJA Sport Studio will provide further updates on Wardlow’s situation as/when they become available.
