Becky Lynch pinned a male WWE star at a recent untelevised live event at the Cajundome in Lafayette, LA (March 10).
Competing in a mixed tag team match, Kevin Owens teamed up with Lynch to take on the team of Grayson Waller and Nia Jax.
While the match’s winners of Lynch and Owens were not a surprise, there was an interesting finish – specifically who was involved in the pinfall that decided the bout.
As seen in the footage (see below) it was Lynch who would secure the win for her team via the Man-Handle Slam, however, this was not delivered on her rival Nia Jax, as instead Lynch hit the move on The Aussie Icon Grayson Waller before pinning him.
This was enough for Lynch and Owens to pick up the win and serves as another boost of momentum for the multi-time world champion on the road to WrestleMania 40 – albeit an unexpected one.
Becky Lynch continues her path towards Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley by facing off with Liv Morgan on tonight’s Raw (March 11).
Elsewhere on Raw, the Women’s Tag Team Championship will be on the line as The Kabuki Warriors defend against Zoey Stark & Shayna Baszler, and a six-man gauntlet match will determine GUNTHER’s challenger for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania.
