A WWE star is reportedly absent from tonight’s July 1 edition of Raw amid some uncertainty about their future with the company.
With many WWE contracts coming up as of late, here’s the latest news on one of those.
According to a report from Fightful Select, Natalya is not backstage at WWE Raw tonight.
While Natalya is not set to be featured on WWE Raw tonight on television, she also isn’t planned to be in attendance backstage at all.
Reports have noted that her contract is set to expire this summer, although overall the company has been tight lipped regarding updates.
Fightful notes that they ‘have confirmed the two sides have been engaged in contract extension talks’, with WWE sources noting that there was a hope she would remain with the company.
On the other hand, Natalya also has no shortage of allies currently in AEW, with “numerous” names reportedly pushing for her to potentially join the promotion.
