A big change has now been announced for tonight’s WWE Raw show, set to be the ‘season premiere’ episode of the show.
Tonight’s Raw show is set to kick off a big week of WWE programming on the USA Network, being advertised as ‘WWE Week’.
Along with tonight’s ‘Season Premiere’ episode of Raw, USA Network will also host tomorrow night’s episode of NXT, as well as the first episode of SmackDown back on the USA Network this Friday.
Ahead of tonight’s show in Calgary, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce appeared in a Twitter video posted on WWE’s official page, where he announced that the first hour of tonight’s show will air commercial free.
Tonight’s show is set to feature an appearance from Hall of Famer Bret ‘The Hitman’ Hart in his hometown of Calgary, as well as a four-way Intercontinental Championship number one contenders match between Jey Uso, Ilja Dragunov, Pete Dunne and Braun Strowman.
Set to open the show is the Wyatt Sicks vs American Made street fight.
WWE Raw is set to move from the USA Network to Netflix starting on January 6, 2025.
