In a backstage segment on tonight’s WWE Raw, a heel turn was officially cemented as a star would double down on his betrayal.

On last week’s WWE Raw, The Miz turned on R-Truth during a match against Authors of Pain (Akam and Rezar) with Karrion Kross at ringside.
With Kross continuing to attempt to assert dastardly influence over others in the locker room (taunting Xavier Woods and The Miz of late), he was on hand for a backstage segment between the former friends.

While Karrion Kross was speaking to The Miz, R-Truth popped up and let the Miz know that he forgave him for his mistake last week.
R-Truth assumed that The Miz was simply confused when he took him out last week, reminding Miz that he isn’t in the Judgment Day, but he was going to still help by getting Miz a match.

The Miz on the other hand went on to double down on his betrayal, telling Truth that he turned on him on purpose and had his own future match in mind.
The Miz and R-Truth will face off on next week’s episode of WWE Raw (October 14) in an edition that is set to be pre-taped at tonight’s live show.
