WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque has reacted to the noise warning in France from WWE SmackDown.
WWE will their first premium live event from France with Backlash this Saturday, May 4. Ahead of Backlash, the company brought Friday Night SmackDown to the country and filmed tonight’s episode earlier today.
The French crowd has been known for being one of the loudest from recent house shows that have taken place there, but it seems the stars were not ready for the loud noise from the fans on the show.
On May 3, Triple H took to social media to comment on the loud crowd at tonight’s WWE SmackDown. He wrote:
The @WWEUniverse in France literally received a warning about the noise level tonight at #SmackDown @LDLC_Arena. Absolutely insane.

Already announced for tonight’s SmackDown, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and his Backlash opponent AJ Styles will go face-to-face and A Town Down Under will defend the WWE Tag Team Championships against The Street Profits.
