The King of the Ring tournament is well underway with the quarterfinals continuing on this week’s WWE SmackDown.

Heading to the semifinals next week after the May 13 episode of WWE Raw are Gunther and Jey Uso.
The May 17 WWE SmackDown will see LA Knight and Tama Tonga face off in the quarterfinals, with Carmelo Hayes and Randy Orton also competing for a semifinals spot.

Carmelo Hayes has reacted to his match against the WWE veteran Randy Orton, tweeting:

Since his main roster debut after the 2024 WWE Draft call-up, Hayes has caught the attention of Bobby Lashley.
Lashley had warned Hayes to “be careful who you disrespect around here”, something that the former NXT Champion didn’t entirely do when Lashley was pulled from the King of the Ring Tournament.
Elsewhere in the Queen of the Ring tournament quarter finals Jade Cargill takes on Nia Jax and Bianca Belair faces Tiffany Stratton.
WWE King & Queen of the Ring takes place on May 25, 2024, at the Jeddah Super Dome, Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia is paying WWE a lot of money for sport shaming. Saudi Arabia government is guilty of human rights violations for giving people with an alternative sexual orientation to the death penalty also the prince of Saudi Arabia had journalist Jamal Khashoggi murdered for exposing the truth about the royal family of Saudi Arabia. Women in this country have no rights.
