WWE SummerSlam takes place on August 3, 2024, and more matches ‘on the schedule’ for the PLE have now been revealed.

The upcoming PLE will emanate from the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio with only two matches currently officially confirmed.
Following their victories at King and Queen of the Ring on May 25, Gunther and Nia Jax will both be in action.
Gunther will face Judgment Day’s Damian Priest with his WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line.
Nia Jax will be seeking to take the WWE Women’s Championship from Bayley.

Dave Meltzer has revealed the rest of the currently planned match card in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
The card hasn’t yet been made official by WWE with Meltzer noting that this is how it is ‘on the schedule’, listing:
Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Solo Sikoa – Undisputed WWE Championship
Liv Morgan (c) vs. Rhea Ripley – Women’s World Championship
CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre (“comes down to whether Punk is cleared, but at last word they were very hopeful of that”)

Sami Zayn (c) vs. Bron Breakker – Intercontinental Championship
Logan Paul (c) vs. LA Knight – United States Championship
Damian Priest (c) vs. GUNTHER – World Heavyweight Championship
Bayley (c) vs. Nia Jax – WWE Women’s Championship

Rhea Ripley returned from injury on the July 8 episode of WWE Raw with Meltzer also noting that she is expected to be cleared for the SummerSlam match.
Drew McIntyre was ‘suspended indefinitely‘ by WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce following events at Money in the Bank.
At the July 6 PLE, CM Punk cost Drew McIntyre his cash-in attempt, seeing Priest retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
As can be seen below this news story, McIntyre went on to attack a number of WWE officials and struck Adam Pearce.
