WWE has announced the first Money In The Bank qualifying matches for tonight’s episode of Raw in Corpus Christi, Texas.
With WWE Clash at the Castle now behind us, the next WWE premium live event will be Money In The Bank in Toronto in three weeks.
Ahead of the show, WWE has announced qualifying matches for the titular Ladder matches, with the first set to take place on tonight’s Raw show.
Raw General Manager Adam Pearce announced that there will be two Triple Threat matches to determine the first entrants into the match.
The women’s match will see Kiana James, Zelina Vega and last year’s Money In The Bank winner, IYO SKY, facing off for a spot in the match, while the men’s three-way will consist of Finn Balor, Rey Mysterio and Jey Uso.
World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest was victorious in last year’s men’s Ladder match, cashing in the briefcase at WrestleMania 40 to become World Heavyweight Champion.
IYO SKY cashed in her briefcase at SummerSlam, defeating Bianca Belair to become WWE Women’s Champion.
