On tonight’s WWE SmackDown, there was a match between Bayley and Naomi to determine who would move on to get a title shot at Bad Blood.
Last week on SmackDown there was a tornado tag team match featuring Bayley and Naomi teaming against Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton.
Bayley and Naomi ended up pinning Jax at the same time, leading to a singles match tonight to decide Jax’s challenger for the WWE Women’s Championship at Bad Blood.
It was Bayley who picked up the pinfall victory tonight, earning her another match against Nia Jax for the WWE Women’s Title at Bad Blood.
The match is a continuation of the pair’s feud after Bayley initially lost the championship to Jax at SummerSlam.
Elsewhere on tonight’s SmackDown, in a backstage segment with Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton, more was revealed about the toxic nature of their relationship.
