On tonight’s AEW Dynamite there was a change to a planned match for most of the segment as a tag team match became a 2-on-1 affair.

Set for tonight’s show was a mixed tag team match with Adam Copeland and Willow Nightingale teaming up against Julia Hart and Brody King.
Hoever, after it was shown on screen that Willow Nightingale had been attacked backstage, the lights went out on Adam Copeland already in the ring.
When the lights came back on, Julia Hart was standing on the ramp whereas King was already in the ring ready to pounce on Copeland.
For most of the match Adam Copeland was solo and it was essentially a singles match between he and King.

However, Willow Nightingale would eventually appear, blindly tagging into the match on Copeland’s foot and then taking to the skies.
Nightingale hit Brody King with a splash before attempting to mix it up with Hart who would not tag in.
Nightingale would go on to deliver King’s own Cannon Ball finishing move on him.

In the end however, Brody King and Julia Hart would end up winning the match after after Hart hit Willow with a chain wrapped fist, unbeknownst to the referee of course.
In a post-match angle, Mercedes Mone appeared and chased off Julia Hart with a chair before eventually shaking hands with Adam Copeland.
