There was a gruesome end to AEW All Out 2024 and the steel cage match featuring Swerve Strickland and Hangman Adam Page.

The main event of AEW All Out 2024 was an unsanctioned ‘Lights Out’ match between Strickland and Page.
While there were tables, a chair, a concrete block and a staple gun, there was seemingly nothing the duo wouldn’t do to one another.
However in the end as Page demanded Swerve beg him for mercy, Strickland instead refused and fell to Hangman’s feet.

It was at that point that the match took an even more sinister turn as Hangman removed Swerve’s gold grill.
Page would go on to retrieve a long hypodermic needle and syringe, seemingly pierce Strickland’s cheek with the needle, and then deliver a vicious chair shot to the head.
In the end, the match was stopped with Hangman winning via knockout on Strickland as Page was triumphant about his win on the ramp.

A shocking night of AEW events on pay-per-view including several intriguing new members of Jon Moxley’s new faction.
