AEW star says 'good riddance' to Sting ahead of retirement at Revolution

An AEW star has said ‘good riddance’ to Sting ahead of his retirement this Sunday at AEW Revolution in Greensboro.

The icon Sting is set to compete in his final wrestling match at this Sunday’s AEW Revolution event in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Sting will team with Darby Allin to defend the AEW World Tag Team Championship against Matthew and Nicholas Jackson of the Young Bucks on the show.
Sting has received an incredible send off from AEW over the past few months, but on AEW star is seemingly happy to see the back of the Icon.
When AEW shared a graphic featuring Sting, advertising his last match at Revolution, current AEW Trios Champion Max Caster responded, happy to see the end of Sting.

He said:

Sting had a brief run in with the Acclaimed back in January 2022, with he and Darby Allin defeating them on the January 19 episode of Dynamite.
Caster currently reigns as one third of the AEW Trios Champions alongside Billy Gunn and Anthony Bowens.
Sting appeared on his final episode of Dynamite on February 28, when he descended from the rafters to fight off the Young Bucks.
