Bray Wyatt’s father, WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda, has commented on the recent teases for Uncle Howdy’s return.
Since WrestleMania, WWE has begun releasing cryptic teasers for the impending return of Bo Dallas, portraying the role of Uncle Howdy he played prior to Bray Wyatt’s passing last August.
The teasers have teased a potential ‘Wyatt 6’ faction with Howdy, also featuring Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis and Nikki Cross.
Speaking on the Ringer Wrestling Show, WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda, the father of Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas, has commented on the teases of Uncle Howdy’s return.
He said:
“To be honest with you, I want it to be a surprise, but there is something bubbling.
“I don’t religiously watch the show anymore, so I’m not up to score on everything, which, I’m kind of getting back into it now. I took a hiatus from it after 13 years of seeing it every night, after 40 years of seeing it every night, I kind of drew back and just now I’m starting to get back in.
“But there is stuff bubbling. I don’t know the ins and outs, but hopefully it’ll be good. That’s above my paygrade to figure that out, that’s for sure. QR Codes, I don’t know what the hell that is.”
