Former WWE United States Champion MVP has commented after rumors of his departure from the company started going around today.

MVP has not been seen on WWE television since he accompanied Omos for the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the pre-WrestleMania episode of SmackDown in April.
Today, PW Nexus reported that MVP had been removed from WWE’s internal roster, along with Bobby Lashley and Tamina.

MVP made some comments in a post on Instagram seemingly referencing all the talk on social media about him right now, where he shared that he was attending Fury Fighting Championships in Houston with his son, and said:
“I am in the best of spirits. I love all of you. Don’t worry about me. I’m just fine.”

He also captioned the post: “All is well over here. Thanks for the love!!!”
As you can see below, he also shared a ‘salute’ emoji on Twitter.
The replies to both posts are of course full of messages about the rumors that he could be exiting WWE, but he hasn’t responded to any as of this writing.

He recently underwent stem cell treatment and spoke about potentially having more matches before he fully retires from pro-wrestling.
We’ll keep you posted with any further updates on those aforementioned names – for the latest on Lashley, whose contract is reportedly expiring soon, click here.
