A WWE star has shared a look at their insane health statistics across a three day period.

Finn Balor and other WWE stars spent the latter half of this past week touring Japan, with WWE hosting three events between July 25-27 in Osaka and Tokyo.
This tour is something of a homecoming for Finn Balor, who made his name competing in Japan as Prince Devitt, forming the Bullet Club faction in the mid 2010s.
Now that the tour of Japan is done however, Balor has shared a look at some of the insane statistics tracked via his Whoop fitness band from the past three days.
Taking to Twitter Balor called the post “three days in the life of a professional wrestler’, showing a truly insane lack of sleep,  as well as very little recovery time compared to strenuous activity.

Balor wrote in his post:

Unfortunately for Balor there will be little rest now that he’s back in the United States, with the WWE World Tag Team Champion set to take on number one contender for the World Heavyweight Championship GUNTHER on Monday Night Raw (July 29).
