WWE stars have teased that an upcoming first-time ever match on WWE television will be ‘black and gold’ style.

On Friday night’s episode of SmackDown, a mini tournament kicked off to determine the number one contenders for the Bloodline’s WWE Tag Team Championship.
The matches on last night’s show saw the Street Profits defeat A-Town Down Under, while DIY defeated Pretty Deadly.

The victories for both teams means that next week’s episode of SmackDown will feature a first time ever clash between DIY and the Street Profits, and DIY have made a big tease for the match.
Speaking on the SmackDown LowDown, DIY’s Tommaso Ciampa commented on the match, which is set to take place in Orlando, Florida, the home of NXT, promising that the teams would do their thing ‘black and gold style’.

He said:
“You mentioned The Street Profits, man. We’ve known them guys for over a decade now. I knew Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford before The Street Profits were even a thing, and this here is first-time-ever. It’s for the number one contendership for our WWE Tag Team Titles.
“But you know what’s the sweetest part about it all? It’s in Orlando, Florida, where the Profits and #DIY made a name for ourselves in WWE. That hits different, and boys, Profits, we don’t need to tell you; you already know. Next week, let’s do our thing, black and gold style, for the first time.”
