It was Liv Morgan who sidelined Ripley during a backstage attack on the April 8 episode of WWE Raw.
The injury has played into the storyline between Ripley and Morgan, with Morgan declaring revenge on the Judgment Day member over a storyline injury that took Morgan off TV last year.
Triple H sent a message of support to Rhea Ripley following the news that the WWE Women’s World Champion was vacating her championship.
With Becky Lynch as the new WWE Women’s World Champion, Triple H also took a new finger-pointing photo with the champion.
