Tony Khan has refused to comment when asked about the reported firing of a name from AEW which was said to have taken place last week.

AEW Collision announcer Kevin Kelly was removed from the company’s official roster page and was then absent from the Thursday, March 7 Collision taping for the show that aired two nights later.
Then, PWTorch reported that Kelly had been fired from AEW.

In a new interview with TVInsider, Tony Khan was asked:
“We did not see Kevin Kelly broadcasting on Collision this week. What is his status with AEW?”
The AEW CEO replied:
“I prefer not to comment on that, but I appreciate you asking.”

Kevin Kelly recently gave the following statement to POST Wrestling:
“It’s an internal matter. We are handling it within the organization.”

Beyond those comments, neither Kelly nor AEW have confirmed his departure or anything else.
We’ll continue to keep you posted if there are any further developments.
