Amid his absence from the company, AEW star Kota Ibushi has been pulled from two upcoming events for DDT Pro.
Kota Ibushi has been absent from AEW television after suffering an ankle injury earlier this year.
Despite making his return to DDT Pro Wrestling this past summer, Ibushi has remained off of AEW programming.
On October 8, DDT Pro announced that Kota Ibushi had been removed from their October 17 event at Ueno Park and their October 20 event at Korakuen Hall.
The reason behind his removal from these shows has not been confirmed at the time of this writing.
In light of Ibushi’s absence, DDT offered fans refunds to customers who wish to receive them.
