TNA World Champion Moose says the current WWE partnership is “way better” than the previous one with AEW.

In 2020 and 2021, All Elite Wrestling formed a partnership with the then-IMPACT Wrestling that saw Kenny Omega win the IMPACT World Title and Tony Khan appeared on the company’s programming. However, the working relationship between the two promotions was short lived.
Now, TNA Wrestling has formed a partnership with WWE NXT that has featured TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace, Joe Hendry and The Rascalz on the brand.
Meanwhile, NXT’s Charlie Dempsey, Tatum Paxley and Izzi Dame has appeared on TNA IMPACT television.

In a new interview with Metro UK, Moose explained why he is thrilled with the current partnership with WWE and why he feels it is “way better” than the one with AEW. He said:
“I think this is the best relationship that TNA’s ever had,”
“[It’s] way better than the one we had with AEW, better than what was done with AAA, and any other company.”

On the secret ingredient to the WWE NXT and TNA crossover’s success, Moose said:
“I think this relationship [with WWE], both companies respect each other and [are] doing great by each other,”

On neither company being selfish in this working relationship, the TNA World Champion stated:
“Both companies are doing great. So I think this is how a relationship is meant to be in pro wrestling, and TNA and WWE is doing the best job of it.”

TNA Wrestling’s The Rascalz defeated Gallus on the July 16 episode of WWE NXT. Meanwhile, Joe Hendry also appeared on commentary during the bout.
The WWE NXT and TNA partnership will continue with the No Quarter Catch Crew facing KUSHIDA and The Rascalz in trios action on the July 18 edition of TNA IMPACT.
Moose will defend the TNA World Championship in a six-way main event against Josh Alexander, Steve Maclin, Nic Nemeth, Frankie Kazarian and Joe Hendry this Saturday, July 20 at Slammiversary.
