A WWE star has revealed plans to bring back an old championship if they successfully cash-in Money in the Bank.

On Friday’s SmackDown (June 21), three more WWE stars secured spots in the 2024 Money in the Bank ladder matches.
Both Andrade and Carmelo Hayes ensured that they joined Jey Uso in the men’s ladder match, while Chelsea Green secured the second spot in the women’s by defeating Bianca Belair and Michin – joining IYO SKY who qualified on Raw (June 17).
Unsurprisingly Green was pretty happy with the result, so much so that she’s already making plans post-Money in the Bank.
Green took to Twitter to state that when she successfully cashes in and becomes WWE Women’s Champion, she intends to start a petition to revert the title back to the WWE Divas Championship.

Green wrote:

The Divas Championship was introduced to WWE in 2008, initially as SmackDown’s answer to Raw’s Women’s Championship, until both titles were unified in 2010.
From this point the company opted to use the Divas Championship name for the top prize of their women’s division, up until it was finally scrapped in favor of the Women’s Championship again in 2016.
