Charlotte Flair is working back to her return to the WWE and has shared new footage of her progress and recovery.

Flair has been out of action since December 8, 2023 after suffering a torn ACL, torn meniscus and torn MCL during a match with Asuka on WWE SmackDown.
She recently revealed that she had her first biodex session and shared the results from that, promising that she would be returning to the ring.
On Twitter, she has now shared a short insight into her recovery from the multiple injuries, as can be seen below this news story.

Flair shared the eleven second video, showing her exertion through the leg exercises along with the comment:

The quote is attributed to Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States who served his time in office from 1901 to 1909.
Flair has recently reacted to NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez calling her out on the July 16 episode of WWE NXT.
She would note that it has been eleven years since her WWE NXT television debut and said that she would meet Perez ‘in the ring one day.’
JJA Sport Studio wishes Charlotte Flair well on her continuing recovery journey.
