There has been another update on Jacob Fatu who has been absent from WWE screens since SummerSlam on August 3, 2024.

Fatu was seen favoring his foot and sporting a walk boot following the splash he delivered to Cody Rhodes during the Bloodline Rules match with Solo Sikoa.
Highlights from the match, which also featured the return of Roman Reigns, can be seen below this news story.
At the WWE SummerSlam post-show, Triple H revealed that Fatu had ‘got a little banged up‘ during the match.
Recent reporting has stated that the plans for Fatu will see him kept away from Roman Reigns, although they’ll eventually cross paths.

As for his return from injury, PW Insider Elite has provided an update on when we can expect to see Fatu return to our screens.
According to the report, Fatu is ‘currently expected back’ before the end of August 2024.
With earlier reporting suggesting that there was ‘growing belief among WWE talent‘ that Fatu was legitimately injured, PW Insider was also able to get some clarity on that, too.

PW Insider’s source ‘blew off’ the idea that there was WWE talent who believed Fatu was legitimately injured.
As previously reported, Fatu and Tama Tonga are the WWE Tag Team Champions with the titles being defended why whichever Bloodline members Solo Sikoa wants.
Jacob Fatu made his WWE debut on the June 21 episode of SmackDown, having signed with the company in April 2024.
JJA Sport Studio will provide further updates on Fatu’s status as/when they become available.
