Swerve Strickland was involved in a bloody battle at AEW Full Gear and has shared a photo showing off one of his injuries.
In the Texas Death Match against Adam Page on November 18, there was blood, barbed wire and brutality.
The feud had already seen shocking moments, including Strickland invading Page’s home with his child inside, but the Texas Death Match saw the duo take their violence to a whole new level.
Strickland has now shared a photo of his battle scars, which was flagged as “potentially sensitive content” on Twitter.
The photo shows Strickland’s arm with diamond-shaped cuts across his shoulder which can be seen below.
He posted the gruesome image to Twitter with the caption:
“Most painful moonsault I’ve ever taken…”
The image was also age-restricted adult content by the social media platform, meaning anyone with a Twitter account without a date of birth couldn’t see it.
The moonsault in question saw Page land on Strickland on the outside of the ring, with a chair wrapped in barbed wire.
Strickland had reflected on his actions and more in the run-up to the match at AEW Full Gear.
