As referenced by Ogogo, the new baby could follow in his footsteps in two directions, with the Guvnor finding success in both boxing and pro-wrestling.
During Ogogo’s boxing career, he won a bronze Olympic medal at the London 2012 Summer Olympics, competing in the middleweight division.
He made the transition to pro-wrestling following his boxing retirement, with Ogogo announced as AEW’s first developmental wrestler signing in October 2019.
Ogogo made his AEW in-ring debut in April 2021, ahead of facing Cody Rhodes at that year’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view.
Anthony Ogogo last wrestled on AEW TV on the July 10 Collision episode, teaming with Lee Moriarty in a losing effort against Dante Martin & Darius Martin.
His most recent match saw him face off against Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta on the July 25 ROH TV episode.
We send our congratulations to the parents to be!
