Following the July 20 edition of Collision, a new AEW tag team has been potentially revealed with Deonna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie.
On the July 20 episode of AEW Collision, Deonna Purrazzo defeated Thunder Rosa in a Lumberjack Match that was Deonna’s third straight victory over Rosa. The finish of the bout came when one of the lumberjacks, Taya Valkyrie, handed Purrazzo a turnbuckle to hit Rosa with to get the win.
After Collision went off the air, AEW cameras caught up with Deonna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie to get an explanation on why they are working together against Thunder Rosa. The post reads:

In the video, Deonna explains that she had an illustrious career before coming to AEW and had a lot of history with several women, including Taya. The two worked together in TNA Wrestling and even traded the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship.
Both ladies noted that they have won gold in Mexico, while Rosa has not been able to achieve that same feat.
It remains to be seen who will align with Thunder Rosa against Deonna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie at the time of this writing.
