A WWE star has broken their silence after making their first appearance on TV in 10 months after a serious knee injury.
On this week’s NXT (November 28) we saw the return of Nikkita Lyons, with the 24-year-old being shown in amongst the crowd at the WWE Performance Center.
Prior to being shown on TV a vignette was shown of Lyons training, seemingly suggesting that she will be back in the ring before long.
Following the appearance Lyons would also take to Twitter to thank everyone for the support, writing:
THANK YOU ALL FOR THE LOVE I MISSED YOU SO MUCH #ThePounceBack #2024TheYearOfTheRoar #LyonPride
— Nikkita Lyons (@nikkita_wwe) November 29, 2023
Lyons’ last match in WWE came all the way back on January 17 against Jakara Jackson on NXT Level Up.
Jackson was one of many stars to respond to Lyons’ post, along with 2023 NXT Breakout Tournament winner Lola Vice, who both seemed thrilled to see her back.
Stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com for any updates on when we can expect to see Lyons back in the ring.
